Azura's highly-qualified consultants have extensive experience of GoldMine and Sage CRM MME, and the underlying Microsoft Windows platform. Our consultants understand the difficulties that problems with mission-critical system can cause, and are dedicated to solving your problem as quickly and effectively as possible.
We offer our support services to both our own GoldMine and Sage CRM MME customers, and to GoldMine and Sage CRM MME Resellers. For Resellers, we can act as your entire Helpdesk, or handle individual cases you assign to us - leaving you free to concentrate on bringing in new business.
We offer 3 levels of support:
- Azura CRM Bronze Support
- Standard Telephone, Fax and E-mail support
- Azura CRM Silver Support
- Bronze-level support plus two on-site visits per year
- Azura CRM Gold Support
- Silver-level support plus 2 hours Virtual Administration* per month
Where suitable, we will make use of the latest Remote Desktop technology to enable us to see and solve your problem more quickly.
* Virtual Administration involves any maintenance tasks, such as data import and data clensing, or customisation tasks such as creating new document templates, fields, screens or reports. Remote access to your computer network is required for this.
