Add-ons and Utilities

Through our partnerships with businesses, azura has identified a number of areas where enhancements to existing CRM product features can bring big benefits.

Azura has developed a number of CRM add-ons and customisations for both GoldMine and ACCPAC CRM. These are available either as part of a new CRM package from us, or as a seperate product for CRM resellers or end users.

Products include custom Reporting and Key Performance Indicator tools, E-mail response automation, integrated Document Management Systems and advanced Workflow customisations.
